Girls’ Technical Day

On Wednesday, 14th December, eleven girls from 3d and 3e went to the BIZ (BerufsInfoZentrum) at the job centre in Wiener Neustadt, where they were able to try their hands at various technical processes. The three stations were soldering a battery-powered light bar, making a small jewellery box from wood and plastic and creating a smart-phone chair by bending a piece of plastic into shape.
The three hours went by very quickly, proving the motto that time flies when you are having fun. All in all a great day out and the perfect way to relax after the stress of a morning Maths test!
Many thanks to the staff at BIZ and to Mrs Dopplinger for the organisation.
