1def in sunny Altenmarkt!

Since Monday 8th May the first-year classes have been on their language week at Ennshof in Altenmarkt, Salzburg. After a rather rainy first two days the sun has finally come out and the weather is now beautiful. Perfect for our walk up to the Moosalm this afternoon.

Yesterday we visited the salt mine at Hallein for a tour through the tunnels. This was quite an adventure – with a train ride in and out of the mine, wooden slides to get down to deeper levels and a boat trip across a brine lake deep underground. There was even a ghost ship that came across the lake in the other direction…
